How do I contact staff?

The best way to contact a staff member is to open a support ticket in the #tickets channel on our Discord. You can ask general questions in our #ask-staff channel.

When should I open a support ticket?

You should use our ticket system when your situation goes beyond just a simple server question.

For example, "When does the shopping district open?" would go in #ask-staff channel. "My plot was griefed, and I need help" would be a support ticket.

General questions are for #ask-staff, while direct support is #tickets

Please make sure to fill out all the questions when opening a support ticket so staff can best assist you. Keep in mind that staff are all volunteers and it may take some time getting to your ticket so we appreciate your patience!
