How do I join the server?

What do I do if I was griefed?
If no staff are online, let us know in a support ticket on our discord! If staff are online, get their attention by asking for assistance.
How can I join a town?
The SMP has many towns you can join. Check out the towns channel on the Discord or ask around on the server to see if people are looking for new members! Learn more about starting your own town by checking out the towns page.
How can I get a shop?
You must apply for one on our discord! Check out the Shopping District page for more info.
What does a new season mean?
A new season means a server reset! Everything resets excepts ranks, crystals, tags, and pets. There will be a brand new world.
I purchased something from the store and haven't received it yet. What do I do?
If you've waited for about 5 minutes and have not received your purchase, please fill out a support ticket on Discord so we can help!
