Learn all about our shopping district and how to run your very own shop!

Applying for a shop

To apply for a shop, please fill out an application by opening a Shopping District ticket in the tickets channel on the Discord. You must have know the plot number, neighborhood, shop theme, and have your payment ready before applying. Please review the theme guideline to select one!

With that being said, you must be on Discord for the time you have your plot so we can contact you during shop checks!

Prices

11x11 = 35 diamonds

13x13 = 45 diamonds

15x15 = 55 diamonds

Rules

• all shops must follow a theme. the items you sell must be outlined in your ticket and staff will determine whether it is allowed or not. no random shops this season! Theme Guideline

• all shops must follow the price index. the price index is linked below. you are allowed to go ABOVE the price listed, but you cannot go below. ask questions about it in your ticket. Price Index

• no inappropriate builds or items

• shop must remain active, you must restock at least once within a one week period

• shops must sell more than 3 different items

• no automatic farms inside or below your shop

• no removing or keeping shopkeepers for anything but your plot

• no beacons or unreasonable build heights

• normal sized shopkeepers only

• no giving away or trading your plots

• be nice to fellow market-goers

• a limit of three player heads may be displayed per shop

• a limit of five signs may be displayed per shop

• a limit of eight item frames may be displayed per shop

• a limit of one armor stand may be displayed per shop

• each player is permitted double the amount of chests as the number of shopkeepers.

  • a double chest counts as two chests. example: if you have 2 shopkeepers, you are permitted 4 chests (2 double chests). if you have 3 shopkeepers, you are permitted 6 chests (3 double chests).

Rank Perks

Open a Shopping District ⁠ticket for additional plots and for shopkeepers - this is for our tracking purposes! the price of an additional shopkeeper is half the cost of the plot, listed below!

11 x 11 = 18 diamonds

13x13 = 23 diamonds

15x15 = 28 diamonds

you are only entitled to additional plots and shopkeepers if you have the appropriate ranks, see image for what you are allowed!

Shop Checks

In order for us to make sure our current shops are active and are following our guidelines, we will conduct shop checks. Your shop could be marked because it hasn't been stocked, out of theme, violating SD Rules, or not following price index. We will try to contact you through a ticket on our discord and give you a deadline to resolve the issue.

Extensions are available for any reason you're unable to restock your shop within the week period you are given. Players are limited to TWO extensions for their plot(s).
